On this day, during the special schedule from 8 AM to 9 PM, you can go to the FITNESS UP gym in Almirante Reis, show your Erasmus card at the reception, and the Fitness Up team will introduce you to their facilities, and you will have the opportunity to try and enjoy it!

The group classes will also be available, check their schedule and sign up as soon as possible because they have limited places! 

Now, what is your excuse for not being active, at least for one day?

Note 1: This Event is exclusive for Erasmus Life Lisboa Cardholders.

Note 2: Make sure you book your place as soon as possible, once this event has limited places.

Note 3: You need to wear proper sports clothing and have a workout towel to be able to use the exercise machines and go to the group classes. Besides that, you can't wear the shoes you bring from the street - you need to have a change. Over and above that, if you want to use the showers you need to have a pair of flip-flops.
