1. Organização do Evento

O evento é organizado pela Associação de Estudantes da Universidade Europeia (AEUE) e destina-se a estudantes nacionais e internacionais. A participação implica a aceitação integral destes Termos e Condições.

2. Inscrição e Pagamento

A reserva é válida apenas após confirmação do pagamento. O valor pago é pessoal e intransmissível. Cancelamentos comunicados até 72 horas antes do evento podem ter direito a reembolso parcial. Após esse prazo, não há reembolso.

3. Incluído no Evento

Acesso ao rooftop bar, bebida de boas-vindas, DJ, serviço de bar no local, jogos AEUE e entrada gratuita no K Urban Beach entre a 00:00 e a 01:00h. Acompanhamento e supervisão da equipa AEUE durante toda a atividade.

4. Não Incluído no Evento

Transporte para o local da atividade. Alimentação, bebidas adicionais ou despesas pessoais. Seguro pessoal de acidentes (os participantes são fortemente recomendados a possuir cobertura própria).

5. Regras de Participação

O evento é exclusivo para maiores de 18 anos. É obrigatório respeitar as instruções da equipa organizadora. Participantes com problemas de saúde ou condições físicas que possam colocar em risco a sua segurança devem informar previamente a organização. Comportamento irresponsável ou negligente pode levar à exclusão do participante sem direito a reembolso.

6. Responsabilidade

A AEUE não se responsabiliza por acidentes ou lesões decorrentes de comportamento imprudente ou do não cumprimento das instruções da staff.Cada participante é responsável pela sua própria segurança e por respeitar as normas do local e atividade. A organização não se responsabiliza por danos a pertences pessoais durante a atividade.

7. Alterações ou CancelamentoA organização reserva-se o direito de alterar datas, horários ou condições do evento devido a condições meteorológicas adversas ou motivos de segurança. Em caso de cancelamento pela organização, será feito reembolso integral ou proposta de remarcação da atividade.

8. Consentimento de ImagemAo participar, os estudantes autorizam a captação de fotografias e vídeos durante a atividade para fins promocionais da AEUE, salvo indicação prévia em contrário comunicada por escrito antes do início do evento.

Terms and Conditions

1. Event Organization

The event is organized by the Student Association of Universidade Europeia (AEUE) and is intended for both national and international students. Participation implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

2. Registration and Payment

Reservations are only valid upon payment confirmation. The amount paid is personal and non-transferable. Cancellations communicated up to 72 hours before the event may be eligible for a partial refund. After this period, no refunds will be issued.

3. Included in the Event

Access to the rooftop bar, welcome drink, DJ, on-site bar service, AEUE games, and free entry to K Urban Beach between 12:00 a.m. and 1:00 a.m.. Supervision and guidance by the AEUE team will be available throughout the activity.

4. Not Included in the Event

Transportation to the event. Food, additional drinks, or personal expenses. Personal accident insurance (participants are strongly recommended to have their own coverage).

5. Participation Rules

The event is exclusive to participants aged 18 or over. It is mandatory to follow the instructions of the organizing team. Participants with health issues or physical conditions that could endanger their safety must inform the organization in advance. Irresponsible or negligent behavior may lead to the exclusion of the participant without refund.

6. Liability

AEUE is not responsible for accidents or injuries resulting from reckless behavior or failure to comply with staff instructions. Each participant is responsible for their own safety and for respecting the rules of the venue and activity. The organization is not responsible for damage to personal belongings during the activity.

7. Changes or Cancellation

The organization reserves the right to change dates, times, or event conditions due to adverse weather or safety reasons. In case of cancellation by the organization, a full refund will be made or an alternative date will be proposed.

8. Image Consent

By participating, students authorize the capture of photographs and videos during the activity for AEUE promotional purposes, unless prior written notice to the contrary is communicated before the event begins.
