1. Bilhetes

A compra do bilhete para o PRIMITIVO 1st Edition implica a aceitação dos presentes Termos e Condições. O bilhete é válido exclusivamente para o evento, data e horário indicados na página oficial de venda.

2. Idade mínima

A entrada no evento é permitida exclusivamente a 16+ anos. Poderá ser solicitado um documento de identificação válido à entrada.

3. Reembolsos

Os bilhetes adquiridos não são reembolsáveis, exceto em caso de cancelamento do evento. Em caso de cancelamento, o valor do bilhete será integralmente reembolsado, de acordo com o procedimento definido pela plataforma de venda.

4. Alterações e cancelamento

A organização reserva-se o direito de alterar horários, programação, artistas ou outros elementos do evento, sempre que necessário. Em caso de cancelamento definitivo do evento, será efetuado o reembolso integral dos bilhetes adquiridos.

5. Entrada no evento

O acesso ao evento está sujeito à apresentação de um bilhete válido e, quando solicitado, de um documento de identificação. Cada bilhete permite uma única entrada no recinto. Após a saída, o acesso não será novamente permitido.

6. Comportamento

A organização reserva-se o direito de recusar ou retirar o acesso a pessoas que apresentem comportamentos inadequados, violentos, ameaçadores ou que possam comprometer a segurança e o normal funcionamento do evento.

7. Respeito pelo espaço

O PRIMITIVO 1st Edition acontece num espaço que deve ser respeitado por todos. Pedimos a todos os participantes que cuidem do recinto, da natureza e das estruturas existentes, mantendo o espaço limpo e evitando qualquer comportamento que possa causar danos. 8. Captação de imagem

Durante o evento poderão ser realizadas fotografias e gravações de vídeo para fins de comunicação, divulgação e promoção do PRIMITIVO 1st Edition e das suas futuras edições. Ao entrar no recinto, o participante reconhece e aceita a possibilidade de ser captado incidentalmente nessas imagens.

9. Responsabilidade

A organização não se responsabiliza por objetos pessoais perdidos, danificados ou furtados durante o evento.

10. Aceitação

1. Tickets

PRIMITIVO 1st Edition takes place in a space that must be respected by everyone.We ask all attendees to take care of the venue, nature and existing structures, keep the space clean and avoid any behaviour that may cause damage. Respect for the space, nature and the people around us is an essential part of the PRIMITIVO 1st Edition experience.

8. Photography & Video

Photography and video recordings may be taken during the event for communication, promotional and marketing purposes related to PRIMITIVO 1st Edition and its future editions. By entering the venue, attendees acknowledge and accept the possibility of being incidentally captured in such images or recordings.

9. Liability

The organization is not responsible for personal belongings that are lost, damaged or stolen during the event.

10. Acceptance
