Ao longo de quatro rondas intensas, os concorrentes terão de replicar padrões sorteados do baralho de cartas da Coffee Week, usando apenas uma vaporização de bebida vegetal e espresso. Os cafés serão extraídos por baristas da organização e os desenhos apresentados diretamente à mesa dos juízes – sem margem para erros ou retoques.

The Porto Coffee Week 2026 Latte Art Throwdown is a battle of talent and precision, dedicated to baristas who have mastered the art of drawing with coffee. With 16 participants competing head-to-head in a single-elimination format, this championship challenges the consistency, creativity, and composure of the country's best latte artists.
Over four intense rounds, competitors will have to replicate patterns drawn from the Coffee Week deck of cards, using only a steamed espresso. The coffees will be extracted by baristas from the organization, and the designs presented directly to the judges' table – with no room for error or retouching.
