1. Organização : Este bilhete é emitido pelo HONI (a “Organização”) e confere acesso exclusivo ao evento, data e local nele indicados. A apresentação de um bilhete válido, em formato digital ou impresso, é condição obrigatória para a entrada.

2. Requisito Etário : A admissão é limitada a pessoas com idade igual ou superior a 16 anos. A Organização reserva-se o direito de solicitar documento de identificação válido como condição de acesso.

3. Política do Bilhete: Os bilhetes não são reembolsáveis nem transferíveis, salvo autorização expressa da Organização.

4. Direito de Admissão: A Organização reserva-se expressamente o direito de admissão. A entrada poderá ser recusada ou revogada, por decisão exclusiva da Organização, por motivos que incluem, mas não se limitam, à segurança, cumprimento da legislação aplicável, limites de lotação, manutenção da ordem pública ou preservação da natureza e dos padrões do evento. Nestes casos, não haverá lugar a reembolso.´

5. Conduta : Qualquer pessoa que adote comportamentos agressivos, abusivos, perturbadores ou de qualquer forma inadequados, de natureza verbal ou física, poderá ver recusada a entrada ou ser retirada do recinto, por decisão da Organização.

6. Condições de Entrada: A admissão poderá ser recusada a qualquer pessoa que, na avaliação razoável da Organização ou da equipa do recinto, se encontre sob a influência de álcool ou outras substâncias em grau suscetível de comprometer o discernimento, o comportamento ou a segurança.

7. Indumentária e Apresentação: É exigida indumentária e apresentação adequadas. A Organização reserva-se o direito de recusar a entrada a qualquer pessoa cuja indumentária, aparência ou nível de apresentação seja considerado incompatível com os padrões, o ambiente ou a natureza do evento.

8. Direitos de Imagem : Ao aceder ao recinto, o portador do bilhete consente a captação e utilização de imagens e registos audiovisuais para fins promocionais, comerciais ou de arquivo por parte da Organização, sem direito a qualquer compensação.

9. Alterações ao Evento : A Organização reserva-se o direito de proceder a alterações razoáveis ao evento, incluindo, sem limitação, horários, local ou alinhamento artístico, sempre que as circunstâncias o justifiquem.

10. Contacto : Quaisquer pedidos de esclarecimento deverão ser dirigidos à Organização através da plataforma oficial de bilhética utilizada para a aquisição do bilhete.

11. Venda de Álcool : É estritamente proibida a venda, disponibilização ou fornecimento de bebidas alcoólicas a menores de 18 anos, nos termos da legislação portuguesa aplicável. A Organização reserva-se o direito de solicitar documento de identificação válido para verificação da idade.

1. Organizer : This ticket is issued by HONI (the “Organizer”) and grants access solely to the event, date and venue indicated thereon. Presentation of a valid ticket, in digital or printed form, is required for entry.

2. Age Requirement : Admission is limited to persons aged 16 years or older. The Organizer reserves the right to request valid photographic identification as a condition of entry.

3. Ticket Policy : Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable, unless otherwise expressly authorized by the Organizer.

4. Right of Admission : The Organizer expressly reserves the right of admission. Entry may be refused or revoked, at the sole discretion of the Organizer, for reasons including but not limited to safety, compliance with applicable laws, venue capacity, maintenance of public order, or preservation of the intended nature and standards of the event. In such cases, no refund shall be due.

5. Conduct : Any person engaging in aggressive, abusive, disruptive or otherwise inappropriate conduct, whether verbal or physical, may be denied entry or removed from the venue at the discretion of the Organizer.

6. Condition of Entry : Admission may be refused to any person who, in the reasonable assessment of the Organizer or venue staff, is under the influence of alcohol or other substances to an extent that may impair judgment, behavior or safety.

7. Dress and Presentation : Appropriate dress and presentation are required. The Organizer reserves the right to refuse entry to any person whose attire, appearance or level of dress is deemed incompatible with the standards, environment or nature of the event.

8. Image Rights : By entering the venue, the ticket holder consents to the capture and use of photographic and audiovisual recordings for promotional, commercial or archival purposes by the Organizer, without entitlement to compensation.

9. Event Modifications : The Organizer reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the event, including but not limited to timetable, venue or lineup, where circumstances so require.

10. Governing Communication : Any inquiries regarding the event shall be directed to the Organizer through the official ticketing platform used for purchase.

11. Alcohol Sales : The sale, supply or provision of alcoholic beverages to persons under 18 years of age is strictly prohibited in accordance with applicable Portuguese law. The Organizer reserves the right to request valid identification for age verification.
