No dia 13 de setembro, o ISCO recebe o Ben Costello, Head Baker da Little Sourdough Kitchen, em Londres, para um workshop hands-on dedicado a pretzels.

Durante três horas, vamos fazer pretzels do início ao fim: preparar as massas, moldar, cozer e finalizar. Duas massas e duas versões:

Doce —> Bavarian pretzel: mel salgado, sésamo e baunilha

Salgado —> Soft pretzel: manteiga de alho, ervas e queijo

About the event

On 13 September, ISCO welcomes Ben Costello for a hands-on workshop dedicated to pretzels.

Over three hours, we’ll make pretzels from start to finish: preparing the doughs, shaping, baking and finishing. Two doughs, two versions:

Sweet — Bavarian pretzel, salted honey, sesame & vanilla.

Savoury — Soft pretzel, garlic butter, herbs & cheese.
