Validade do Bilhete

O bilhete é válido apenas para a data, hora e local especificados.

Bilhetes danificados ou ilegíveis não serão aceites.

Assentos / Lugares

Os lugares podem ser marcados ou não marcados, conforme indicado no bilhete.

No caso de lugares não marcados, a entrada é por ordem de chegada.

Cancelamentos e Reembolsos

Não são oferecidos reembolsos, exceto em caso de cancelamento ou adiamento do evento pelo organizador.

Em caso de cancelamento, os bilhetes poderão ser válidos para a nova data ou reembolsados conforme as condições da bilheteira.

Entrada e Identificação

A admissão é permitida mediante apresentação de bilhete válido.

O organizador pode solicitar identificação adicional, se necessário.

Comportamento no Evento

É obrigatório respeitar as regras do local e o público presente.

O organizador reserva-se o direito de recusar ou expulsar qualquer pessoa por comportamento inadequado.

Fotografia, Vídeo e Gravação

A gravação de áudio ou vídeo sem autorização não é permitida.

Fotografias podem ser utilizadas pelo organizador para fins promocionais.

Ofertas e Benefícios

Bilhetes podem incluir ofertas específicas (ex.: cálice de vinho, experiências Winebar) conforme indicado.

Qualquer oferta é limitada à quantidade indicada e válida apenas no evento correspondente.

Alterações de Evento

O organizador reserva-se o direito de alterar horários, artistas ou programação do espetáculo, sempre que necessário.

Ticket Validity

Any offer is limited to the specified quantity and valid only for the corresponding event.

Event Changes

The organizer reserves the right to alter schedules, performers, or the program whenever necessary.
