This mountain trail can be a bit demanding at some points if you are untrained, but it will definitely be worth it! 👣

Founded in 1971, Peneda-Gerês National Park has a total area of 72 290 hectares, located in the old Northern Portugal. It is one of the few almost completely untouched areas, except for the occasional small village, sheep herders, hikers or mountain goats!

In addition to the villages frozen in time, when you visit this National Park you can enjoy the amazing landscapes thanks to the numerous viewpoints, go for a swim in one of several lagoons and waterfalls, and admire nature! 🌲
