Event Terms & ConditionsBy purchasing a ticket and/or attending this event, the participant agrees to the following Terms & Conditions:1. Age RestrictionEntry is strictly prohibited to individuals under 18 years of age.

Valid photo identification may be required at the entrance.

The event organizer reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone who cannot provide valid proof of age, without refund.

2. Tickets & Refund PolicyTickets are refundable only in the following cases:

Cancellation of the event by the organizer.

Voluntary cancellation by the participant up to 30 days before the event start date.

Refund requests made less than 30 days prior to the event will not be accepted.

Service or processing fees, if applicable, may be non-refundable.

3. Event Dates & ScheduleThe event will take place over two days:

June 5th, 2026 – from 6:00 PM to 4:00 AM (following day)

June 6th, 2026 – from 4:00 PM to 2:00 AM (following day)

The event organizer reserves the right to adjust schedules if necessary, with prior communication whenever possible.

4. Respect, Conduct & InclusionAll participants must respect all genders, ethnicities, races, colors, and identities.

Any form of discrimination, harassment, violence, or abusive behavior will not be tolerated.

Disrespectful behavior toward attendees, staff, performers, the venue, or the event itself may result in immediate removal without refund.

5. Security & Health AssistanceA professional security team will be present throughout the event.

Health and emergency assistance will be available on-site.

Participants agree to follow all instructions given by security staff and event personnel.

6. Licensed EventThis event operates with all required legal licenses and authorizations in accordance with local regulations.

7. Food & Beverage PolicyThe entry of external food or beverages is strictly prohibited.

Food, drinks, and transportation services will be available on-site, charged separately.

Alcoholic beverages will only be served to participants of legal drinking age, in accordance with the law.

8. Personal Responsibility & LiabilityParticipants attend the event at their own risk.

The organizer is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.

The organizer is not liable for injuries, accidents, or health issues arising from misuse of facilities, alcohol consumption, or failure to follow safety guidelines.

9. Event Changes & Force MajeureThe organizer reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel the event due to circumstances beyond control, including but not limited to weather conditions, government restrictions, public safety concerns, or force majeure events.

In such cases, refund or rescheduling policies will be communicated accordingly.

10. Image & Media RightsBy attending the event, participants grant permission for the use of photographs, videos, and recordings taken during the event for promotional, marketing, and documentation purposes, without compensation.

11. Right of AdmissionThe organizer reserves the right of admission and may refuse entry or remove any participant who violates these Terms & Conditions or poses a risk to others.

12. Acceptance of TermsThe purchase of a ticket and/or entry into the event constitutes full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
